      Tokyo is cold & rain.
      Now graduation season now.
There is the university student who wore " hakama" and  "kimono" a lot.
A graduation ceremony and an entrance ceremony have a lot of people in a kimono.

      I miss Egypt too much.
      I made "Basbusa".
      How to make is easy!
      Because....

I take it my friends Hadra's home.

      Came to my Arabic teacher.
He said "U~n....I wish eat Real Basbusa"
      I think so too!
Mix pac is easy making. But The taste is not good enough.
I wait all my egyptian friends come to Japan.
But don't forget to bring Basbusa!

                    クスクス

My family loves Cuscus which I make.
this cooking is eaten a lot of vegetables.
It is the food which is very good for health.
In my house, there is three Grandmother.
        All the members tooth shakily.
        One doesn't have one tooth.
A cooking ingredient is soft for them and needs cooking to get of the nourishment.

        One day mama said.
        "Your cuscus is very delicious.
If we have exclusive tableware it will be more delicious".
        I asked mama.
"Does the mom hope that I go to Tunisia?"
        She's answer is "Of course!"
        and "Don't forget any Spicees"

                    タジンポット

Becausu I went to Tunisia at this month.
And I bought Tagin-pot for mama.
I think, red pepper paste"Harissa" and an olive put in a small pot.

If you come to Japan and get tired of a Japanese-style dish, I prepare special Cuscus into you!
